BOCA RATON, FL – Mona Straub, founder of Mona Straub Inspires and a Maxwell-Certified Leadership Coach, will take the stage at the Women Business Expo & Conference on January 30, 2026 to help professional women transcend self-doubt and step into their confidence. Straub’s session will run from 12:30–1:00 p.m. at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Boca Raton.

During the session, she will also offer an exclusive first look at her upcoming book, Pull Up Your Big Girl Panties, which explores the resilience needed to keep moving forward through life’s inevitable challenges.
