Boca Raton, FL— The Boca Regional Chamber is proud to announce the 4th Annual Platinum Service Awards, taking place Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at Boca West Country Club. The annual luncheon celebrates the exceptional frontline hospitality professionals whose dedication, professionalism and commitment to service help make South Palm Beach County a premier destination to live, work, visit and do business.

The Platinum Service Awards shine a well-deserved spotlight on the often-unsung heroes working behind the scenes and on the front lines at hotels and country clubs throughout Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Boynton Beach.

From guest services and housekeeping to culinary operations, engineering, security, recreation and more, these employees are the people who turn everyday interactions into exceptional experiences.

“South Palm Beach County is known for world-class hospitality, but that reputation doesn’t happen by accident,” said Sarah Pearson, Executive Vice President of the Boca Regional Chamber. “It is built every day by the people who greet the guests, prepare the meals, maintain the properties, solve the problems and consistently go the extra mile. The Platinum Service Awards give us an opportunity to say, ‘We see you, we appreciate you, and the work you do matters.’”

Hotels and country clubs throughout Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Boynton Beach are invited to nominate outstanding hourly employees who demonstrate exceptional service, a positive attitude, professionalism and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests and members.

Nominees will be recognized during the luncheon, with awards presented across multiple hospitality disciplines and one exceptional individual receiving the event’s highest honor, the Platinum Award.

Returning as Honorary Co-Chairs are Matt Linderman, President, COO and General Manager of Boca West Country Club, and George Petrocelli, Director of Catering at The Boca Raton, two longtime hospitality leaders who have helped champion the program and its mission of recognizing excellence within the industry.

The 2025 Platinum Service Awards brought together hospitality professionals, business leaders and community supporters from across South Palm Beach County to celebrate the individuals whose work is essential to the region’s hospitality and tourism economy. The event recognized category winners as well as an overall Platinum honoree.

The 2026 luncheon is expected to welcome more than 250 hospitality professionals, business and community leaders, and supporters for an afternoon dedicated to celebrating service excellence.
