Sarah Pearson Named Chair of the Florida Association of Chamber Professionals
BOCA RATON, Fla. (September 1, 2026) – The Boca Regional Chamber is proud to announce that Executive Vice President Sarah Pearson, IOM, has officially begun her term as Chair of the Florida Association of Chamber Professionals (FACP), effective September 1, 2026.
Pearson will lead the statewide organization representing hundreds of chamber of commerce professionals who work to strengthen Florida's business community through leadership development, professional education, advocacy, and collaboration.
A respected leader in the chamber profession for almost two decades, Pearson has dedicated her career to advancing economic development, cultivating strong business communities, and mentoring the next generation of chamber professionals.
She joined the Boca Regional Chamber in 2010 and currently serves as Executive Vice President, helping oversee one of Florida's largest and most influential chambers of commerce. During her tenure, she has played a pivotal role in the Chamber's growth, regional expansion, organizational rebranding, advocacy efforts, signature events, and member engagement initiatives. Prior to joining the Boca Regional Chamber, Pearson served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at the Medford/Jackson County Chamber of Commerce in Oregon.
Pearson has long been an active leader within FACP, serving on its committees and on the Board of Directors, before being elected Chair. She is also a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management (IOM), one of the chamber profession's highest educational achievements.
