About State Representative Long:
State Representative Rob Long grew up in Gaithersburg, Maryland, before moving to Florida in 2008. He earned a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Florida.

Before joining the Florida House of Representatives, Long served on the Palm Beach County Soil and Water Conservation District, the Delray Beach Planning and Zoning Board, and the Delray Beach City Commission. In 2025, he was elected to represent Florida House District 90, serving Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, and surrounding communities. Representative Long is committed to advancing legislation that supports local businesses, strengthens infrastructure, protects natural resources, and enhances the quality of life for the residents of Palm Beach County.
