From tough beginnings that required grit and perseverance, she forged a path through hard work and unwavering resolve. Today, Peg brings that same strength to her leadership—paired with the grace, confidence, and style of a true boss lady. Hear her story of perseverance, leadership, and how passion for the arts and community can shape not only a career, but an entire cultural landscape.

About the Speaker

The City of Boca Raton has been home since 1995. Over the past three decades, Peg has developed a passion and interest in the community and serves as the City of Boca Raton’s appointee to the Mizner Park Cultural Arts Association, and serves as the President and Board Chair, with oversight of The Studio at Mizner Park.

As an active Chamber Trustee Member, she serves on the Government Affairs and Economic Development Committees and on the Advisory Council for the Boca Raton Innovation Campus. Since 2005, Peg has been a member of the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation’s  Go Pink Committee and is a longstanding Benefactor of the hospital.

Before becoming a Floridian, Peg spent 25+ years in New York City, where she enjoyed a highly successful and diverse career as a management executive in the Hospitality Industry at the premier landmark locations of Chemical Bank World Headquarters, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Prudential Securities at One Seaport Plaza, and as Vice President of Restaurant Associates at Rockefeller Center.

As an engaged, enthusiastic, and energetic member of the Boca Raton and Palm Beach County community, Peg spends much of her “quality time” giving back and paying forward.  Above all, she is an individual who believes in personal and civic responsibility and living life to its fullest through engagement, commitment, concern, and compassion.
