Join us for the March edition of Successful Women in Business, an inspiring luncheon that brings together the women shaping Boca Raton and South Palm Beach County through leadership, innovation, and impact.

This month’s program will feature Olivia Hollaus, Executive Director of the Boca Raton Historical Society and Founder of Windsor Avenue and Protect My Shoes. Olivia will share her personal and professional journey, reflecting on the experiences, pivots, and leadership moments that have shaped her path and led her to her role as the newest Executive Director of the Boca Raton Historical Society.

Through her dynamic career spanning nonprofit leadership and business ownership, Olivia will share insights on navigating growth, stepping into new leadership roles, and creating meaningful impact in our community—both professionally and personally.

Featuring Olivia Hollaus, Executive Director of the Boca Raton Historical Society

Olivia Hollaus is an entrepreneur, creative strategist, and community leader, currently serving as Executive Director of the Boca Raton Historical Society & The Schmidt Boca Raton History Museum. With more than 15 years of experience in marketing, media, and brand development, she brings a dynamic, story-driven approach to leadership that bridges innovation, culture, and community engagement.

Olivia is the Founder and Creative Director of Protect My Shoes, a brand of patented, sustainable shoe care products that seamlessly blends style, function, and innovation. She also oversees its Italian subsidiary, Windsor Avenue, which focuses on growing private-label product lines for luxury fashion houses, further expanding the brand’s global footprint.

Deeply committed to civic life, Olivia has been involved with the Boca Raton Historical Society since 2019, previously serving on its Board of Trustees and completing two terms as Board President from 2022 to 2024. During her tenure, she helped expand the organization’s reach through new community partnerships, enhanced family programming, and imaginative creative collaborations. In recognition of her leadership and service, she received the Myrtle Butts Fleming Award in 2025, the Society’s highest honor.

Her professional background includes senior roles in publishing and communications, most notably with Boca Magazine, where she served as Director of Community Relations and Events, as well as a columnist and podcast co-host. Earlier in her career, Olivia lived in Beijing, directing research and communications for the Peking University International Economic Law Institute, an experience that helped shape her strategic leadership style.

Trilingual in English, French, and Mandarin, Olivia brings an international perspective to her work while remaining deeply rooted in the Boca Raton community. As Executive Director, she is passionate about preserving local history, amplifying diverse stories, and fostering cultural pride through meaningful community connection.
