Not Faking It — Innovating It: Owning Your Authentic Success
Success doesn’t require shrinking, apologizing, or pretending to have it all together. Authentic success is built through courage, clarity, and owning your story without minimizing your achievements.
This month, we explore how to lead with authenticity — not imitation.
In this session, we will explore how to:
• Recognize when you're downplaying your strengths
• Identify where imposter syndrome shows up for you
• Redefine success based on authenticity, not comparison
• Own your accomplishments without diminishing them
Authenticity isn’t a buzzword — it's a leadership advantage.
Takeaway: A Success Ownership Worksheet to help you claim your strengths confidently.
