The Myth of Doing It All: Designing Your Sustainable Life
Women are often expected to juggle everything — flawlessly. But “doing it all” comes at the expense of well-being, purpose, and long-term growth.
This month, we’ll challenge the myth of constant output and explore how to build a life that supports your energy, values, and goals.
In this session, we will explore how to:
• Identify where you’re stretched too thin and why
• Delegate, redesign, or release draining responsibilities
• Build sustainable routines that support your real priorities
• Replace burnout patterns with balanced, intentional rhythms
Because sustainability isn’t just about pace — it’s about alignment.
Takeaway: A Life Sustainability Worksheet to help you release what drains you and strengthen what supports you.
