Culture, Defined by You:
How We Shape What Others Experience

At the Boca Chamber, we often talk about culture as something that exists within an organization—but in reality, culture is created in real time, by the people in the room.

Culture, Defined by You invites a thoughtful and engaging conversation around the role each of us plays in shaping how others experience the environments we’re part of—at work, in our communities, and in our everyday interactions.

What You’ll Experience

A guided, discussion-based conversation with fellow women in business

Real reflections on how culture is created—not assigned

Insight into how everyday actions shape the environments around us

A fresh perspective on the role you play in every room you enter

Who Should Attend

This session is ideal for women who:

Lead teams, organizations, or initiatives

Value meaningful connection and shared experience

Are looking to be more intentional in how they show up

Want to better understand how culture is shaped in real time

Facilitated by Sarah Vielot, M.S.
