Join us for an energizing May PULSE – Under 40 Professionals Networking Mixer, proudly hosted and sponsored by LVL Up Fitness. This month’s experience blends high-energy networking with a fun, interactive fitness component designed specifically for young professionals who want to prioritize wellness while growing their careers.

Guests will enjoy light appetizers and one (1) complimentary drink, music, and a lively after-hours environment perfect for sparking new connections. In addition to networking, LVL Up Fitness will guide attendees through a light, optional fitness activity—something accessible for all levels and focused on practical movements you can incorporate into a busy workday. 

We’ll also hear from Tyler Ross, owner of LVL Up Fitness, who has spent nearly 15 years training individuals and leading group fitness across a wide variety of modalities. Tyler is a young professional who created LVL Up after recognizing the need for large-group, affordable strength training accessible to the everyday professional. His passion is helping people achieve physical milestones they never thought possible and spreading the message that lifting weights is GOOD FOR YOU.
