About the Speakers

Rosie Inguanzo-Martin is President and CEO of Allegiance Home Health. In her position, she overseas patient care, operations, marketing, finance, human resources, safety regulations, compliance and public relations. Rosie believes in creating a culture of caring, commitment, and communication within her business. Rosie has created a management team to help her guide employees to follow Allegiance’s mission of delivering superior overall healthcare to meet each patient’s individual needs in the comfort of their own home. She believes in leading by example.
Joe Martin is the Vice President and owner of Allegiance Home Health. He received his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Florida. After his experience on training staff from the United States Tennis Association and Miami Dolphins, he began his nineteen-year career advocating and caring for seniors. Joe owned and operated Martin Physical Therapy in Boynton Beach for thirteen years specializing in helping seniors regain their functional independence. He has owned and operated Allegiance Home Health since 2005 with his wife Rosie.

PRIME – Professionals Over 40 is the Boca Chamber’s monthly roundtable for established leaders navigating the pivotal “next chapters” of their careers. Held on the first Friday of each month from 8:30–10:00 AM in the Chamber Board Room, this program blends breakfast, facilitated discussion, and meaningful peer connection to help seasoned professionals deepen their leadership, expand their network, and stay inspired in Boca Raton and South Palm Beach County.
