Rosie Inguanzo-Martin and Joe Martin founded Allegiance Home Health in 2005. Medicare awards Allegiance a 5-Star Rating quarterly. This rating is based on their excellent patient outcomes.  

Rosie serves as President and CEO, overseeing operations, patient care, compliance, and public relations.

Joe, a physical therapist, serves as Vice President and has worked with amateurs and professional athletes with the United States Tennis Association Junior National Team and the Miami Dolphins, respectively. For thirteen years together they owned and operated outpatient physical therapy clinics specializing in treating patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions.

Rosie and Joe have spent decades helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. 

Through their leadership, they have built a culture of caring, commitment, and communication. Their clinicians and caregivers are dedicated to meeting each patient’s unique healthcare needs. 

Rosie and Joe have served on several boards and enjoy supporting the community.

PRIME – Professionals Over 40 is the Boca Chamber’s monthly roundtable for established leaders navigating the pivotal “next chapters” of their careers. Held on the first Friday of each month from 8:30–10:00 AM in the Chamber Board Room, this program blends breakfast, facilitated discussion, and meaningful peer connection to help seasoned professionals deepen their leadership, expand their network, and stay inspired in Boca Raton and South Palm Beach County.
