Palm Beach County Commissioner, Gregg K Weiss

Commissioner Gregg K. Weiss was first elected to the Palm Beach County Commission’s District 2 seat in 2018 and reelected in 2022. A retired business executive, he focuses on expanding high-speed internet access, protecting water quality and ecosystems like the Lake Worth Lagoon, strengthening mental health services, combating hate crimes, and promoting responsible economic development.

Before joining the Commission, Gregg served as vice chair of the West Palm Beach Planning Board and held leadership roles with several local nonprofits. Originally from Southern California, he built a career in the computer industry with Fortune 500 companies before retiring early and sailing the world with his wife, Rebecca, eventually settling in West Palm Beach in 2004.
