We are open seven days a week and have become the it place for your weekend brunch. We focus on finding gourmet ingredients, carefully curated and fresh. These ingredients make every item on our menu taste fresh and flavorful.

We have locations in Coral Gables, Davie, Downtown Doral, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, South Beach, and Hallandale, and seven new locations are opening this year.

JOB SUMMARY:

The best “Baristas” are fast, friendly, and outgoing, have a good memory, and display composure. “Baristas” accurately take orders, make drinks, and serve them to customers. Should be able to ring them up on a register, collect payments, make change, and issue receipts need be.

We are looking for an individual with customer service and on-the-job training experience. The best baristas work well in a team environment and are comfortable working long hours on their feet. As SP Hospitality Group tea members, we expect our employees to follow all company policies and procedures and maintain a positive work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders

• Preparing and serving beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate ones

• Serving food items such as soups, sandwiches, and pastries

• Answering customers' questions about menu choices

• Promoting and recommending menu options to customers

• Taking payment from customers

• Maintaining inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting, and scheduling repairs.

• Keeping the work environment sanitary and organized

• Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service

• Working to attract new customers and expanding the menu

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Listen well and communicate in a professional and friendly manner

• Focus on customer satisfaction

• Multiple years of experience as a coffee barista or similar environments

• Practice basic safety procedures concerning equipment and handling hot beverages

• Be efficient and organized

• Build good relationships with customers

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Maintain a clean work environment

• Keep supplies replenished to minimize downtime
