Free Blood Pressure screening upon request after monthly Breakfast

"A quick non-invasive test that measures the force of blood against artery walls as the heart pumps.

Using a cuff manual or automatic, placed on the upper arm, it checks for high or low blood pressure (hypertension or hypotension), which often asymptomatic.

The Nurse or Doctor will pump the cuff with air until it feels tight, then slowly let it out. This takes just a few minutes.

Normal readings are below 120/80 mmHG. For any concerns, always consult with the Doctor.

Blood pressure is measured by 2 numbers:

The top number is called systolic, the pressure in the arteries when the heart beats.

The second number is called diastolic, the pressure in the arteries when the heart relaxes between beats."
