About Jeanine Banks:

Jeanine Banks is a seasoned executive and community leader with extensive experience across corporate, hospitality, technology, and nonprofit sectors. She most recently served as Chairman & CEO of Boca West Country Club, where she led strategic initiatives, governance, and a $95 million capital improvement plan for one of the nation’s top private residential clubs.

Currently Executive Vice President of Lloyd Staffing, Jeanine drives growth across key industries throughout the Southern and Eastern U.S. She has also held leadership roles as Managing Partner of RINGO, a global vendor management technology firm, and President of Tempo Services, which she grew into a multi-million-dollar company prior to its acquisition.

Deeply committed to community impact, Jeanine serves as a Certified Mentor and Executive Board member of SCORE and has led numerous philanthropic initiatives, including major healthcare fundraising efforts and women-focused programs. Her contributions have earned national recognition, including a presidential award for volunteerism.

She holds an MBA from Long Island University.
