The Power of The Open Door:
From Opportunity to Influence

Featuring Jessica Clasby, Director of the Palm Beach County Office, Florida Sugar Cane League

An open door can lead to a new opportunity—but how you step through it can shape your impact.

Join Successful Women in Business for an inspiring conversation with Jessica Clasby about embracing opportunities, stepping into leadership, and turning experience into meaningful influence. Drawing on her background in business ownership, agricultural advocacy, and community service, Jessica will share how showing up, building trust, and staying open to new possibilities have shaped her leadership journey.

As a leader who connects South Florida’s farming communities with the public, Jessica brings a perspective rooted in collaboration, education, and purpose. Her work spans agriculture, health care, education, and civic engagement, reflecting her commitment to bringing people together and strengthening her community.

Whether you are navigating a career transition, considering a leadership role, or looking to make a greater impact where you are, this luncheon will encourage you to recognize the doors opening around you—and consider how you can open doors for others.
