About the Speakers

Rosie Inguanzo-Martin and Joe Martin founded Allegiance Home Health in 2005. Allegiance is awarded a Medicare 5-Star Rating each quarter based on its excellent patient outcomes.

Allegiance, a South Florida-based home health provider, employs more than 350 dedicated professionals. Its clinicians are driven by a calling to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to seniors.

Rosie serves as President and CEO, overseeing operations, patient care, compliance, and public relations.

Joe, a physical therapist, serves as Vice President. Throughout his career, he has worked with both amateur and professional athletes, including the United States Tennis Association Junior National Team and the Miami Dolphins. Together, Rosie and Joe owned and operated outpatient physical therapy clinics for 13 years, specializing in the treatment of patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Rosie and Joe have spent decades helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Through their leadership, they have built a culture centered on caring, commitment, and communication. Their clinicians and caregivers are dedicated to meeting each patient's unique healthcare needs.

Rosie and Joe have served on numerous boards and enjoy giving back to and supporting the community.

PRIME – Professionals Over 40 is the Boca Chamber’s monthly roundtable for established leaders navigating the pivotal “next chapters” of their careers. Held on the first Friday of each month from 8:30–10:00 AM in the Chamber Board Room, this program blends breakfast, facilitated discussion, and meaningful peer connection to help seasoned professionals deepen their leadership, expand their network, and stay inspired in Boca Raton and South Palm Beach County.
