The Boca Chamber Ambassador Meeting is a monthly gathering of our Boca Chamber Ambassadors—an exclusive group of dedicated volunteers who proudly represent the Chamber throughout Boca Raton and South Palm Beach County.

Ambassadors play a vital role in strengthening our business community by welcoming new members, fostering meaningful connections, supporting Chamber programs and events, and serving as trusted liaisons between members and the Chamber.

Attendance is reserved for current Ambassadors and individuals who are interested in becoming an Ambassador. This meeting is not open to the general membership.

Ambassadors serve as visible representatives of the Chamber by:

• Welcoming and assisting new members
• Making New Member and Six-Month outreach calls
• Attending ribbon cuttings
• Supporting Chamber programs and events
• Providing valuable feedback and connections that enhance the member experience

Being an ambassador increases visibility, strong professional relationships, leadership development opportunities, and recognition through the annual Ambassador Point System.

To join the Ambassador Program, individuals must:

• Be a Chamber six months
• Attend a New Member Orientation member in good standing for at least six months
• Review and sign the Ambassador Handbook
• Submit an Ambassador Application

Ambassadors meet monthly and are expected to actively participate and track their involvement through the point system. Ambassadors may earn monthly and annual awards, complimentary event admissions, and the prestigious Ambassador of the Year honor.
