Founded by a visionary group of realtors who recognized the essential role manufacturing plays in economic growth\, the SFMA has championed the industry for more than 60 years.Matthew brings over a decade of experience across the corporate sector\, higher education\, and the nonprofit arena. He previously served as SFMA President from 2017 to 2021 and returned to the role in 2023. Throughout his career\, he has held numerous leadership positions\, managed complex programs and projects\, developed customized workforce initiatives for employers\, and cultivated strategic partnerships throughout the business community. His blend of expertise\, leadership\, and passion for supporting manufacturers continues to drive the organization forward.Before becoming President\, Matthew served on the SFMA Board of Directors while working at Broward College. A proud native of South Florida\, he is excited to once again champion the needs of manufacturers across the region. Outside of his professional work\, Matthew enjoys mentoring young people\, attending symphonies\, cooking and exploring new cuisines\, and giving back to the community.
