With nearly two decades of dedicated service to the City of Boynton Beach, Dan Dugger is a native with an unwavering commitment to shaping the city's future.  Dan's journey began as a proud member of the Boynton Beach Police Department, where he served with dedication for 18 years.

Currently serving as the City Manager of Boynton Beach, Dan overseas a substantial budget of aproximately $290 million.  His tenure as a leader is marked by a proven track record of effective decision-making and visionary leadership in Public Administration.  Throughout his career, Dan has demonstrated an exceptional ability to manage complex governmental operations, fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

One of Dan's core principals is his commitment to transparency, accountability, and fiscal responsibility.  His passion for citizen engagement is evident through his initiatives to encourage active participation and enhance civic pride.
