Join us for the June PULSE – Under 40 Professionals Luncheon, a dynamic mid-year gathering designed to connect young professionals from across Boca Raton and South Palm Beach County. This engaging program offers meaningful networking, a full lunch, and powerful insight to help you elevate your leadership and professional growth as we head into the second half of the year.

This month’s featured speaker is Bryan Prather, 2nd Legislative Vice President of the Professional Firefighters/Paramedics of Palm Beach County, Local 2928 (IAFF). Bryan represents firefighters, paramedics, fire-life safety personnel, dispatchers, and support service employees across six fire departments within Palm Beach County.

In his presentation, “Under Pressure: Leadership Lessons from the Front Lines of Public Safety,” Bryan will share real-world leadership insights drawn from high-stakes environments where clarity, composure, teamwork, and trust are non-negotiable. Attendees will walk away with practical strategies for leading under pressure, building resilient teams, and making confident decisions when it matters most.
