The Change Collective connects local nonprofit organizations with the next generation of business leaders — young professionals ready to get involved, give back, and make a real impact in our region.
This event brings together Boca Regional Chamber member nonprofits and young professionals eager to learn about the needs of our community and discover meaningful ways to contribute their time, talent, and energy.
Selected nonprofit organizations will each host a roundtable in a speed-dating format, spending five minutes with each group of attendees to share:
An overview of the organization and its mission
The people or communities it serves
The impact of its work in our region
Current volunteer and community engagement opportunities
Specific ways young professionals can get involved and make a difference
Participation is by application, and submission does not guarantee selection. Organizations are evaluated on:
Mission and demonstrated impact in the region
Opportunities available for young professionals to volunteer or get involved
Connection and engagement with the Boca Regional Chamber
The populations, causes, and needs served
Ability to offer meaningful, accessible paths to ongoing involvement
The Change Collective aims to go beyond introductions — the goal is to spark real connections that lead to action. Selected organizations should be ready to clearly outline the next step for young professionals who want to get involved after the event.
