She is skilled in organizational leadership, change management, team building, effective communication, group facilitation, and public speaking. Kristen is a strong consulting professional with a Ph.D. in Organization Management, specializing in Leadership. Her professional experiences include public accounting, corporate recruiting, managing a competitive intercollegiate athletics department, organizational consulting, academic administration, and teaching, mentoring, and advising graduate students in a myriad of academic disciplines. Kristen (“Dr. Migliano”) currently serves as a professor in Leadership & Management at Lynn University. She is an ICF-certified professional coach who serves organizations and their people. She is founder of KQ Coaching, a professional services firm that guides individuals through career exploration, professional turning points, and leadership development.
