The DIAMOND Award Luncheon is one of the most distinguished annual celebrations hosted by the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, honoring both an accomplished community leader and an emerging rising star whose achievements and impact reflect the strength of our community.

The DIAMOND Award represents a woman who is Dedicated, Inspiring, Accomplished, Motivated, Outstanding, Noble, and Driven. Presented annually, this prestigious honor recognizes a woman who has achieved significant success in her profession while making a meaningful, lasting difference in Boca Raton and South Palm Beach County. The DIAMOND Award recipient is celebrated not only for her accomplishments, but for the way she inspires others, leads with integrity, and contributes to the continued quality of life in our community.

In addition to the DIAMOND Award, the luncheon also celebrates the PEARL Award Recipient, an up-and-coming female leader who represents the future of our community. Created in 2016, the PEARL Award was established to recognize a young woman who is a graduate of the Boca Chamber’s Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!), a program of the Golden Bell Education Foundation. This remarkable young leader is already achieving success and shining brightly as a rising star through her entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, and commitment to making a positive impact.

Together, the DIAMOND and PEARL Awards symbolize both legacy and promise—honoring women who lead today while uplifting the next generation of leaders for tomorrow. This elegant luncheon brings together business leaders, community advocates, and supporters for an afternoon of recognition, inspiration, and celebration of female leadership at every stage.
