Reconnect after summer and step into a new season of growth at the September PULSE – Under 40 Professionals Luncheon. This month brings together driven young professionals from Boca Raton and South Palm Beach County for connection, community, and practical inspiration.

As part of our luncheon series, guests will enjoy lunch and a special program featuring Boca Raton Mayor Andy Thomson. Attendees can expect meaningful insights, relatable professional development topics, and opportunities to build authentic relationships with peers navigating similar career stages.

This welcoming, mid-day gathering is the perfect way to refresh your perspective, strengthen your network, and carry new momentum into the final quarter of the year.

Featured Speaker: Mayor Andy Thomson, CRA Chair

Andy Thomson was elected Mayor of Boca Raton in March 2026 after previously serving on the City Council since 2018. A lifelong Boca Raton resident whose parents met at Florida Atlantic University, Thomson is deeply connected to the community he now leads. He earned a degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech, where he played football, and later received his law degree from the University of Miami. He is an attorney with Baritz & Colman LLP and also serves as an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University teaching local and state government.

In addition to his service on several local and regional boards, Thomson created the RunTheCity initiative, a community effort focused on neighborhood cleanups and identifying safety improvements throughout Boca Raton. Under his leadership, the initiative has engaged hundreds of volunteers and contributed to making Boca Raton safer, cleaner, and more connected.
