Michael Nathanson
Michael Nathanson is a South Florida entrepreneur, community leader, and passionate connector dedicated to helping people, businesses, and nonprofits grow and thrive.
He is the founder of The Nathanson Family of Companies, which includes The Nathanson Brothers Real Estate Team with RE/MAX Services, The Nathanson Brothers Mortgage Team, and Home Dudes Florida, a handyman and renovation company known for its commitment to doing things the right way—and making things right when they go wrong.
Michael specializes in residential real estate from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach, while also building service-based businesses that simplify homeownership for his clients. His approach is rooted in relationships, trust, and long-term value.
Beyond business, Michael is deeply committed to his community. He serves as Chair of the Board for the YMCA of Boca Raton, where he focuses on expanding access, strengthening families, and creating opportunities for those who need it most. He is also the host of the Food, Family & Philanthropy Podcast, where he highlights the incredible work of nonprofit leaders making a difference across South Florida.
A natural storyteller and high-energy speaker, Michael brings real-world experience, humor, and heart to every stage. Whether he’s talking about business growth, community impact, or building meaningful relationships, his message is simple: success is better when it’s shared.
Above all, Michael is a proud husband to his wife Lidia and a dedicated father, often found coaching basketball, supporting his kids, and staying actively involved in the community he calls home.
Dan Nathanson
Dan Nathanson is a dedicated business leader, community advocate, and mortgage professional who has built his career around helping families, businesses, and nonprofits thrive. As a mortgage lender, Dan works closely with homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate professionals to help clients navigate the financing process and achieve their homeownership goals with confidence.
Beyond his work in the mortgage industry, Dan is a co-owner of Home Dudes Florida, a rapidly growing home improvement, handyman company and general contractors, serving South Florida. Through Home Dudes Florida, he helps homeowners tackle projects large and small while emphasizing exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and doing the right thing when challenges arise.
Dan is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Boca School for Autism, helping support programs and opportunities for children and young adults on the autism spectrum. He is also actively involved with numerous nonprofit organizations throughout South Florida, including the YMCA of South Palm Beach County, the Golden Bell Education Foundation, and several other charitable initiatives focused on education, youth development, health, and community impact.
Known for his servant leadership approach, Dan believes that success is measured not only by professional achievements but by the positive impact made on others. Whether helping a family purchase a home, supporting a local nonprofit, mentoring future leaders, or growing businesses that serve the community, Dan is passionate about creating meaningful relationships and making South Florida a better place to live, work, and raise a family.

PRIME – Professionals Over 40 is the Boca Chamber’s monthly roundtable for established leaders navigating the pivotal “next chapters” of their careers. Held on the first Friday of each month from 8:30–10:00 AM in the Chamber Board Room, this program blends breakfast, facilitated discussion, and meaningful peer connection to help seasoned professionals deepen their leadership, expand their network, and stay inspired in Boca Raton and South Palm Beach County.
