Leadership Boca is the Boca Chamber’s annual leadership development program designed to educate, connect, and inspire civic-minded professionals to become more engaged community leaders. Through a series of themed sessions on topics such as government, education, health, business, and the environment, participants gain firsthand insight from local experts, develop leadership skills, and build lasting relationships with other community leaders. Open to professionals committed to making a positive impact in the greater Boca Raton area, the program offers a unique opportunity to deepen community awareness and leadership potential.
