 Barbara Roth- is a longtime leader in both technology and community service. She co-founded Rothco Systems, Inc. in New Jersey, designing systems for major brokerage firms, and held leadership roles in local education, arts, and historic organizations. Since moving to South Florida in 2003, she has served on the Palm Beach County Planning Commission and State Attorney Advisory Board, and currently leads COBWRA, representing West Boynton Beach communities. Her career reflects a deep commitment to innovation and civic engagement.

Debbie Murphy-Debbie became involved in COBWRA in 2009 as an alternate delegate, having been a 44-year resident of Palm Beach County, thirty of which were in the West Boynton Beach area.She has served on committees and in various positions within the organization, including Director, Secretary, 2nd Vice President and currently as 1st Vice President. Debbie served the community as an Early Voting Coordinator for the Supervisor of Elections Office, as the COBWRA representative on the PBC Immunization Coalition and currently as a member of the School District of PBC Independent Referendum Oversight Committee.
