About Amy Kemp:
Amy Kemp serves as the External Affairs Area Manager for Florida Power & Light Company (FPL), the largest electric utility in Florida and one of the largest in the nation. In this role, she drives the strategic execution of company policies and initiatives by raising awareness, educating stakeholders, and advocating on behalf of the company.

Amy oversees key internal and external relationships, leads communication efforts within her region, and contributes to cross-functional projects and community initiatives. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and applies strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to support FPL’s mission while creating meaningful value for the communities the company serves.

Passionate about bridging cultures, Amy leverages her bilingual background, international experience, and collaborative negotiation style to build trust and foster positive impact. Outside of work, she is dedicated to nonprofit causes, especially those supporting children and veterans.
